4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, digital goods, and physical items are as stated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Individual sessions and live workshops may be rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least seven days before the scheduled date. If you cancel with at least seven days notice, all paid fees will be refunded to the original payment method within fourteen days. Cancellations made less than seven days prior incur a fee equal to fifty percent of the total charge. No reimbursements are available after the service has been fully delivered.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital materials may be refunded if requested within fourteen days of download and before accessing the content. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

5.3 Physical Items

If you are not satisfied with a physical item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt. Eligible items may be sent back in their original condition to our address above. Once we inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen days. You are responsible for any shipping charges to send the item back.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zenlora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential harm arising from use of our offerings.
